I am a business owner and a mother, so lead a fairly busy life. I have been a regular client of Back2health for many years, maintaining regular massage treatments with Bonnie to assist muscle balance and to alleviate the knots and tension that come with a busy life and regular exercise. Unfortunately I let the business of life get the better of my regular massage cycle and paid the price. About a month ago I had a flare up with my back that seriously impacted my basic day to day mobility. It affected everything - my ability to go to work in the office, my ability to do even the basic things around the house and of course exercise was out of the question - just walking from A to B was excruciating. Massage treatments were my savoir. Bonnie worked with my every 2-3 days for two weeks and then once a week until I was back to normal every day life - this took a lot of my time and was also very costly. Moving forward - no matter how busy I am I now know NOT to let my regular massage treatments be the failure of my busy routine.

Massage Therapy - Treating the body mind and spirit

MassageMassage therapy offers a non-invasive, drug free and humanistic approach that can benefit people from all walks of life from the overstressed executive to children, the elderly and even the finely tuned athlete.

As well as instilling a feeling of relaxation and wellness, massage also enhances the body's natural ability to heal itself and can provide benefits to a broad spectrum of health conditions including:

  • Reducing spasms and cramping
  • Stress & tension
  • Relaxing and softening injured and overused muscles
  • Stimulating the lymph system, the body's natural defense against toxic invaders
  • Increasing joint flexibility
  • Reducing the recovery time associated with strenuous workouts
  • Improving comfort and the range of motion for people recovering from injury or back pain
  • Relieving migraine or headache pain and decreasing the need for medication

At back2health our experienced practitioners utilise a number of massage styles to suit your needs and particular conditions.
