Parking
back2health is located on the corner of Raven Street and Montague Road. All guests of back2health can park in the bays provided behind the building (Raven Street), alternatively, street parking is available.
Appointment Details
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you can settle and relax as well as complete any necessary forms or details specific to your appointment.
Ensure you wear clothing appropriate for your appointment. For massage and Ayurvedic rejuventation treatments, we suggest casual clothes due to the oils and herbs used.
What if I am late? We understand that unexpected things do pop up and sometimes time can run short. Spending the full allotted appointment time with us will ensure optimum results, but as a courtesy to other guests if you do arrive late, your treatment will still finish on its scheduled time.
What if I need to cancel? We appreciate your cooperation in allowing 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. As each treatment is especially reserved for you, a cancellation falling outside of this time frame will incur a full charge. For a treatment with duration of 2 hours or more, we do ask for credit card details to secure your appointment.
